At Strandzen, we want each piece to feel considered from the moment it arrives. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will help review the next step.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase when contacting us.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at strendzen@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address by email. Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Strandzen is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at strendzen@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without approval.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, final sale items, and gift cards are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at strendzen@gmail.com.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable law. Items must still be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
