Shipping policy

Strandzen currently ships to addresses in the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from delivery time and may be longer during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification when tracking is available.

United States Shipping

For U.S. orders below $60, Standard Tracked Shipping is $6.95.

For U.S. orders of $60 or more, Standard Tracked Shipping is free.

Express Shipping may be available for $19.95 at checkout.

Standard delivery is estimated at 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Express delivery estimates may vary by carrier and destination.

Delivery Limitations

Shipping is available only where our carriers can complete delivery within the United States. Some PO Boxes, restricted delivery locations, freight forwarders, or remote addresses may not be supported.

If an address cannot be serviced by the available carrier, we may contact you to update the address or cancel and refund the order.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an address issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at strendzen@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has begun processing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can happen due to weather, high-volume periods, or local delivery conditions. If your package appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will help review the tracking information.

Strandzen is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will help you check the available delivery information where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at strendzen@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
